Cancellation/Return & Exchange Policies

- Notification is required to receive a Claim ID number within 15 days of purchase.
- Final sale categories are non-refundable.
- Returns within ten days are subject to a 15% restocking fee, with shipping and insurance charges deducted.
- Requests for returns after ten days will not be honored.
- Cancellations of special orders may incur a restocking fee of 25-50%.
- Returns must include shipping insurance at the customer’s expense.
Repairs and Warranties
- 22 Karat gold (except with 18 or 14 Karat for most diamond jewelry) is guaranteed with a 22 Karat seal.
- Diamond products are certified, typically by IGI or GIA.
- Repairs may involve nominal charges and return shipping costs.

Diamond/Stone Warranty
- Original purchasers are eligible for free cleaning and polishing.
